Knowledge base 120: Issue with Comodo Anti-Virus Software during Identity Access Installation.

Comodo  (https://antivirus.comodo.com/
Is an anti-virus software that can segregate installation software  - including Identity Access Software  - into a separate "sandbox" environment for enhanced security when installing applications. This feature is configured to be default but causes the installation process for parts of the Identity Access installation to fail.

Please note that The Identity Access SQL installation routine is opened but immediately closes and does NOT install any package of the SQL installer.

Note the green border around the message boxes. - This is an indicator from the Comodo software that the installer is running in the sandbox mode. To install successfully temporarily disable (right click the comodo logo, select real-time scanning, disable - disable for 30 minutes) . Disable the sandbox installation mode (again timed 30 minutes disable of the feature)  and the then installation was successful.
