How to Install Identity Access Patches

Customers wishing to use Identity Access V9.1.099 in French or Portuguese will need to apply Patch 1. 
Notes
  1. Patch 1 must be applied after Identity Access 9.1.099
  2. The Patch must be applied to both the server and client computers.  

Without the patch, Opening Identity Access in either French or Portuguese, you may get the error:  Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

In Order to resolve this , Patch 1 must be downloaded and then installed. Please use this link https://www.controlsoft.com/downloads/IA_V9_SP1_099_Patch1.exe to download the patch.

Once downloaded, right-click on the IA_V9_SP1_099_Patch1.exe and select 'Run as Adminstrator'

Then Click 'Next'

Then Click 'I accept the terms in the license agreement' and then click 'Next'

Then click 'Next'

Then click 'Next'

Then click 'Finish'


Then restart the PC

You will then be able to choose French or Portuguese from the dropdown bar and log in with your credentials
