How to raise an RMA request?
Important information -
Before any fault RMA request you must contact Controlsoft Technical Support who will confirm the fault and provide you with a Support Ticket Reference.
EMEA RMA's can only be raised by distributors or partners, if you have purchased via a distributor the RMA must be raised by the distributor.
US RMA's the Installer may raise the RMA request but must forward the RMA instructions to the distributor.
