Identity Access Web Client - Adding New Users

1. Login to the Identity Access Web Client and select the 'Add New User'.

 


2. Click 'New Token/Code'.


3. Type the Token number into the Primary Token field. If your system uses Facility Codes, select the relevant Facility Code for the card.


Notes
If you do not have the cards facility code added to your system you can select "Add New Facility Code" at the bottom of the page.

4. Select the required User Type. Add a First and Last Name. Add them to their required Access Level / Group. Add their required Validity Start and End Times.

 

 

5. Optional: If you wish to store any of the additional information, such as Companies and Department scroll down and fill these in under the Extra Details section.   

 

6. Click Save to finish.
