Knowledge base 130: IrisID iCAMEntry software displaying in Korean - How to change to English.

To set the iCAMEntry application back to English language the Config.xml file needs editing. This file is located in a hidden folder: “C:\ProgramData\IrisID\iCamMgrEntryApp”.

Ensure that windows file explorer is set to view hidden files.

Using windows explorer navigate to
C:\ProgramData\Iris ID\iCamMgrEntryApp

Open the Config.xml file in notepad:

Replace the following line:

<D4>ko</D4>

with

<D4>en-US</D4>

Save& Close.

Re-start the iCAMEntry application.
