Knowledge base 200: IPv4 error when adding IDEMIA readers into Identity access using a hostname

An IPv4 error will be shown under the Morpho reader settings when a customer attempts to add an IDEMIA reader using the readers hostname instead of an IPV4 address.

The error is shown below and can only be resolved by entering an IP V4 address -
