Knowledge base 209: Different credential profiles of the HID Signo range
This knowledge base is focuses on the different credential profiles within the HID Signo range. Where configuration changes can be made on the fly with the use of the HID Reader Manager app, the credential profiles are setup from factory and cannot be changed in the field.
Reading the HID part number
The HID Signo part numbers all run on the same basis. Below you can see how these part numbers are arranged and where the credential profile can be found within the part number.
You can find this part number on the back of the reader or on the box it was supplied in.
