Knowledge Base 230: Ordering replacement Master Card for Standalone Products
This knowledge base article explains the process required for ordering a replacement Master Card for the Controlsoft All-In-One and Solo range of Standalone products.
The Master Card is programmed with the device's serial number. You can find this on the rear of the following models: All-In-One (Part Number: AC-3100, AC-3101, AC-3102). As shown in the red boxes below.
If you can not see a visible relay on the rear of the reader (as shown inside the green boxes in the photos above) you do not have this model of device.
For the Solo (Part Number: AC-3210) : Remove the lid of the controller. The serial number can be found as shown below.
Once you have located the serial number, provide the serial number with your order to your distributor. The Controlsoft part number for a replacement Master Card is AC-7120.
