Knowledge base 153: Morpho License Protection error following an upgrade from earlier versions of IA to version 8 / 9.1
Following an upgrade from an earlier version of IA to V8 or V9.1, you are now experiencing issues enrolling biometrics in IA using an MSO.

If you will see the following error when running this program - Start menu > Morpho > License Manager XXXX (GUI)
First download this file https://service.morphotrak.com/content/software/License%20Manager/Morpho_License_Manager_4_11_3.zip
Once the file is download please extract and browse to the x64 bit folder, inside this folder are 2 files shown below -
Rename the files to include _x64 at the end of the file name.
Now re-run the License Manager 4.11.3 GUI and when you see the error message, click Browse to find the 2 files you renamed earlier, select the MSI file and click ok, this will now update the License manager and allow you to continue with Biometric enrollment.
