Knowledge base 161: Microsoft SQL Server Express Service not started

If you see the error shown below, please follow the steps in this guide in order to rectify the problem:

1. In the start menu, type Services and open the windows services application
   

      2. Locate SQL Server (IDENTITYACCESS)

 

      3. Right-click on the service and click start. Wait for the service to finish starting and then load Identity Access.
