Knowledge base 105: MorphoManager Pin Only or Pin + Biometric with Sigma/Sigma Lite+

This bulletin will explain how to configure the Sigma / Sigma Lite + Reader to work in Pin Only mode or Pin + Biometric.

Pin Only

*Note – This will display the users pin on the display screen when access is granted, this can be disabled by following this Tech Bulletin

1. Log into MorphoManager and select Administration

2. Select

3. Add a Biometric Device Profile using Express configuration mode (shown below). Click Next

4. If using ACU mode set the Wiegand Profile as the required (shown below is 26-bit example) -

5. Set the Multi Factor Mode as per screen shot below. Click Next -

 

6. Access Control mode settings – Set whether you are using Integrated (ACU) mode or standalone with relay enabled.

7. Click Finish

8. Select

9. Click Add.

10. Type a name e.g. Pin Only Profile

11. Click Next.

12. User Authentication Mode - Use the settings shown below -

13. Click Finish

14. Click

15. Click Add.

16. Use the settings shown below -

17. Click Next

18. Use the settings shown below -

19. Click Finish.

20. Users can now be enrolled using the Card Only User Policy.

 

 Pin + Biometrics

1. Log into MorphoManager and select Administration

2. Select

3. Click Add.

4. Type a name e.g. Pin + Biometric

5. Use Express configuration mode (shown below). Click Next

6. Set the Multi Factor Mode as per the screen shot below. Click Next -

7. Access Control mode settings – Set whether you are using Integrated (ACU) mode or standalone with relay enabled.

8. Click Finish

9. Select

10. Click Add.

11. Type a name e.g. Pin + Biometric

12. Click Next.

11. User Authentication Mode - Use the settings shown below -

13. Click

14. Click Add.

15. Use the settings shown below-

16. Click Finish.

17. Users can now be enrolled using the Pin + Biometric User Policy.
