Knowledge base 221: Identity Access Client Installation

If Identity Access (Client) software is to be installed and the Microsoft Windows firewall or other hardware/software providers firewall system is in use on the Identity Access (IA Server) PC then configuration to allow access is required. Once these settings have been applied the Identity Access Server is ready to accept an incoming connection and will be ready for 1 or more Identity Access Client connections.

The following network ports should be open on the Identity Access (Server) PC and adding these to the Identity Access Server's Windows Firewall is explained below.
SQL Server Access : TCP 1433
SQL Server Browser : UDP 1434
Identity Access Log Server : TCP 19000 & 19001
Identity Access Download Server : TCP 19100 & 19101
