6. Press the Refresh button next to IA Main Database and "IAMAIN" should appear.
7. Press Accept and login to the Client Configuration.
8. Press Accept and restart the PC when prompted.
Identity Access Client is now installed, you may re-enable your antivirus software
Identity Access Site Selector
It is possible to create connections to multiple Identity Access Servers from a single Identity Access Client PC. To enable this option:
1. Navigate to: Start > All Apps > Controlsoft > IA Configuration.
2. Login with your Administrator or System Integrator account and select User Interface.
3. Tick Enable Site Selector, click Apply and Accept.
4. Load Identity Access. On the login page, use the drop-down next to Site and select Manage / Add / Edit Sites
5. Click Edit with Site 01 selected
6. Rename the Site Name to the name of the default site and click Accept.
7. Click Add.
8. Click on the Refresh symbol to scan the network for other available Identity Access Servers. If the server is not located, you can also type the HostName\IdentityAccess
If the Identity Access server does not appear, you may need to type in either "Server Host Name"\IdentityAccess or "Server IP Address"\IdentityAccess
9. Click the Refresh symbol next to IA Main Database and ensure it shows IAMain
10. Click Test and ensure it shows Test connection succeeded. Click Close and Accept.
11. Rename the Site Name, test the Identity Access Ports and select Accept.
12. Either Add another site or click Close on the Identity Access Site Selector page.
13. On the login page you can now select which site you wish to connect to.
Identity Access Server Configuration (Version 9.1.88 or below)
On the Identity Access Server:
1. Download the IA_Firewall_Rules zip file attached at the bottom of this Article.
2. Run IA_Firewall_Rules.bat.
3. Insert the PC's administrator details if asked.
