If Identity Access (Client) software is to be installed and the Microsoft Windows firewall or other hardware/software providers firewall system is in use on the Identity Access (IA Server) PC then configuration to allow access is required. Once these settings have been applied the Identity Access Server is ready to accept an incoming connection and will be ready for 1 or more Identity Access Client connections.
Identity Access Server Configuration
On the Identity Access Server:
1. Download the IA_Firewall_Rules zip file attached at the bottom of this Article.
2. Run IA_Firewall_Rules.bat.
3. Insert the PC's administrator details if asked.
