- To issue out mobile credentials, first please browse to the following URL –
https://cloudservices.hidglobal.com/mobile-identities
- At the login page, please log in with your user credentials, this will be your email address for the username and the password you configured originally, if you can’t remember your password please use the FORGOT PASSWORD? Link.
- Once logged in, click ‘Mobile Identities’
- From the next screen click -
- Now you can either enrol a single user or multiple users via a CSV file or XLS. Please choose the preferred method.
- For a single user please move to the next step, for multiple users please move to step 9.
- For single users type their email address, first name and Last name, the User ID is a required field that can contain for example the employee number or who has enrolled the user.
- Please now move on to step 10
- For multiple users please 1) check the sample template file 2) Edit the template to add your user's details and 3) upload the file.
- Next, decide if you wish to either:
- Send a user an invitation code and enrol them without automatically sending out the mobile ID.
or
- Select the invitation code and reserve Mobile ID(s) that will be issued when the user accepts the invitation code.
- Ensure the user has followed the instructions on the email which they are automatically sent which involves downloading the ‘HID Mobile Access’ APP from the Apple Store or Google Play store and entering an invitation code from the email.
- For users who are enrolled without automatically sending out the Mobile ID, once they have accepted the invitation code, you must log back into the portal and edit the user. From the edit page you will see the option to Issue a mobile ID, please click this button to issue an ID.
- If you chose to reserve the mobile ID you can view which number the user has been sent from within the same Edit page.
- Please now enroll this into your Physical Access Control System.
