Problem -

A customer is reporting this image is showing on the LCD screen of the Sigma Lite reader -

Solution -

The green LED of the Sigma Lite reader (17 - LED OUT 1) is not connected to the iNets Wiegand green LED input and the customer are using ACU mode.
