Knowledge base 159: Importing Users via a CSV file into Identity Access 9

It's possible to import large numbers of employees, visitors or contractors into Identity access using the Tools menu and a CSV file.

A sample CSV file has been attached to the end of this bulletin.

1. Once the CSV file has been created log into Identity Access and browse to  Tools > Import Data
