How do I run an access report?
To do this, run the Identity Access User interface and Log in. From the Dashboard, select ‘Reporting’ from the menu bar. Next, open the ‘Access Control’ Report. Customise the report with the wide range of options available, for example - the first 100 logs from today or even a specific employee report showing access denied events at a specific reader. The customised reports can be saved for future use by using the large save button in the top right. Using the load button will enable you to load previously saved custom reports. Using the smaller floppy disk-shaped ‘Save’ icon directly above the report allows you to export an executed report into the following formats – Acrobat (PDF) file, CSV (comma delimited), Excel 97-2003, Rich Text Format, TIFF file, Web Archive.
